Bev-Breakdown
I found this whymilk website very interesting. one portion has the breakdown of various drink products and how they compare to milk. Since i work at a coffee shop i decided to compare it to a “blended coffee drink.” it has just about twice as much fat and sugar, but less than half as much calcium and Vitamin A.
